Part‑time Passenger Service Agents are needed at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. Pay $15.00/hr, 12‑16 hrs per week, paid training and uniforms provided. Opportunity for advancement to year‑round positions.

• Assist passengers with check‑ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other airport passenger issues
• Interpret identification labels and baggage/cargo routing tags
• Host self‑service kiosks
• Ensure all work areas are organized
• Maintain a positive attitude while offering assistance
• Ensure safe and secure operations
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs of cargo and baggage; perform bending, stretching, pushing & pulling as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• At least 18 years of age
• Pass pre‑employment physical and drug screen
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English
• Comfortable with lifting 70 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods at ticket counter and gate check‑in areas
• Pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
• Available and flexible for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior customer service experience (strongly preferred)
• Intermediate computer skills
