Phoenix Investors, a national commercial real estate company based in Milwaukee, WI seeks an organized, diligent, and responsible Financial Analyst to join our talented team. In this position, you will play a key role by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve company performance.
- Responsible for performing detailed financial analysis of property financials, including income statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc
- Build and maintain financial models to assess profitability and support the organization’s strategic planning
- Track cost trends & communicate data efficiently with proper departments (property managers, leasing, accounting, etc)
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property related expenses
- Contribute to exploring new processes & automations to drive continuous improvement
- Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
