Overview

We’re seeking a temp to hire FP&A Manager for a large, international Milwaukee area manufacturer. This position plays a key role in corporate-level financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a high-change, high-visibility organization. This is a unique opportunity to join a finance team that’s building processes and capabilities from the ground up. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to provide sharp, concise insights that influence business decisions.

The position is hybrid (3-4 days on-site initially, then 2-3 days once there’s momentum). Please apply for immediate consideration.

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Lead preparation and consolidation of corporate forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, identifying trends, key drivers, and variances.
  • Create polished, executive-ready presentations for leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial close and reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting processes in SAP, BPC, and One Stream.
  • Build advanced Excel models to support scenario planning and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with business unit FP&A teams for consistency and accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally with a large company background.
  • Proficiency with SAP (BPC and One Stream a plus).
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, concise executive messages.
  • High EQ with strong communication skills and presence when interacting with senior leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-change, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Prior people management experience preferred (no direct reports in this role).
