Position:
Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager. You will apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to complex issues, with the support of engaging colleagues and opportunities to progress your career.

- Lead tax planning projects for a diverse client base with up-to-date tax advice clients can rely on.
- Lead teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, sharing information with colleagues.
- Analyze an evolving portfolio of increasingly complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights.
- Identify opportunities and risks and communicate these to clients.
- Develop clear, intelligent plans to improve clients tax activities.
- Research clients business operations and tailor advice to their specific needs; build long-lasting relationships.
- Supervise a motivated team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their full potential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
- Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate tax technical and transactional skills, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring.
- Experience managing budgets, people and projects.
- Business development within the market.
- Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
- Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
- Ability to prioritize when handling multiple complex projects.
- Strong influencing skills and willingness to question existing processes.
- Willingness to travel as needed; ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.
- CPA qualification or membership in a state bar.

- The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
