As a Private Wealth Advisor, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on your clients’ lives. You will be joining a multi‑office RIA that delivers a boutique, high‑touch client experience to an ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clientele
. The firm combines sophisticated planning, institutional‑level resources, and a deeply personalized service model.
Your role is centered on cultivating new client relationships, expanding connections with Centers of Influence (COIs), and providing a platinum‑level experience to existing clients. You will guide clients through holistic financial planning, offer strategic vision, and steward long‑term, meaningful relationships. This position also includes the opportunity to transition and grow an existing book of business
, deepening engagement and enhancing client outcomes through proactive planning.

Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition, Retention & Book Transition- Seamlessly transition and service an existing book of business, strengthening relationships with newly assigned clients and deepening planning‑forward engagement.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through structured communication, reviews, and strategic planning touchpoints.
- Actively pursue new client and COI relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Expand wallet share by uncovering planning opportunities across both inherited and newly originated relationships.
- Identify planning opportunities and issues for discussion with clients and their professional advisors (CPAs, attorneys, trustees, etc.).
- Deliver comprehensive financial advice, including insurance strategies, annuities, retirement planning, asset allocation, tax considerations, and UHNW‑specific planning needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, economic trends, and the firm’s investment philosophy and models to provide informed guidance.
- Collaborate closely with Wealth Managers and internal team members to execute a consistent, high‑touch, team‑based client experience.
- Communicate complex strategies clearly and effectively to clients, COIs, and internal stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment.
- 5–10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Series 63/65 or equivalent required.
- Life/Health General Lines insurance license.
- Advanced designations preferred:
CFP®, CFA, MBA
, or similar. - Strong understanding of insurance and estate planning concepts (highly preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce, Orion, eMoney or comparable platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
. - Experience with the EOS® Model
