** Job Description
**** This role will focus on real estate from various real estate asset classes.
** Manages a specialty asset portfolio within the Asset Management Group client trust and agency accounts. Provides expert advice and counsel in one of the following types of portfolios: loans and liabilities; farms, ranches, and timber; real estate; natural resources, private equity, or personal property. Responsible for the management, analysis, retention, development, and growth of these portfolios. Background specific to portfolio type is essential.

* Basic Qualifications:

*** Five to eight years of experience in asset management and/or property management, or
* Five to eight years of experience in real estate asset management
** Preferred Skills/

Experience:

*** CPM and CCIM designations are preferred
* Thorough knowledge of portfolio management, administration, and portfolio analysis/risk management
* Thorough knowledge of fiduciary principles and the implications of financial and estate planning on asset strategies
* Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to identify and resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
* Good negotiation and client management skills
* Well-developed customer service/relations skills
