Job DescriptionThis role will focus on real estate from various real estate asset classes. Manages a specialty asset portfolio within the Asset Management Group client trust and agency accounts. Provides expert advice and counsel in portfolios such as loans and liabilities; farms, ranches, and timber; real estate; natural resources, private equity, or personal property. Responsible for the management, analysis, retention, development, and growth of these portfolios.
Background specific to portfolio type is essential.
- Five to eight years of experience in asset management and/or property management
- Five to eight years of experience in real estate asset management
- CPM® and CCIM™ designations are preferred
- Thorough knowledge of portfolio management, administration, and portfolio analysis/risk management
- Thorough knowledge of fiduciary principles and the implications of financial and estate planning on asset strategies
- Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
- Good negotiation and client management skills
- Well-developed customer service/relations skills
