We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Reporting Junior Analyst to join a team responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statement filings and other financial information. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards and maintaining accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment accounting and GAAP reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of related work experience.

• Minimum of college level degree in accounting or finance and CPA certified or candidate preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in Mutual Fund Administration, investment company financial reporting or related field, i.e., public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Regulation S-X and investment company financial reporting best practices.
• Good organizational skills ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial reporting systems (e.g., Unity Financials, Bloomberg, Eagle STAR).

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in‑office expectation of three (3) or more days per week.

Compensation

Pay Range: $66,640.00 – $78,400.00. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
