Financial Operations Manager
Location:
Greater Milwaukee area, Milwaukee, WI.
Base pay range: $75,000–$90,000 per year.
Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus.
Salary range: $75k–$90k + bonus.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budget, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Complete daily financial operations including bank and client transaction postings, book to cash and reconcilements.
- Execute financial transactions ensuring compliance.
- Complete monthly financial operations activities.
- Assis with data analysis, reporting and recommendations.
- Manage the team effectively and lead with integrity.
- Other duties and projects assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of financial/treasury operations.
- CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
