Job Summary
Finance Manager needs 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, and lookups)
- SharePoint and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience with different ERPs (SAP or Oracle) is a plus
- Experience in budgeting software (Hyperion, One Stream, Adaptive, etc.) is a plus
- Provide analysis support for leadership to improve visibility and to drive decision making
- Develop, standardize and automate financial and operational performance reports using different reporting tools and data sources
- Drive centrialization for ERP Projects to capture the projects highlights, risks and opportunities
- Document changes in project scope for financial implications
- Continuous Improvement activities in reporting to ensure standardization, efficiency and best practice
- Work with IT Finance team on various projects (Dashboard, policies, etc.)
