Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley – Villa Palermo, a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility adjacent to our headquarters, features an on‑site bakery, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24‑hour shipping and receiving facility.

• Play a key role in the month‑end close process, including journal entries, account analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of the monthly reporting package for senior management.
• Administer the fixed asset process: monthly journal entries, reconciliations, weekly capital spend reports, fixed‑asset capitalization and disposal, and budgeting for capital expenditure and depreciation.
• Administer the leasing process: monthly journal entries, reconciliations, lease portfolio maintenance, and buy‑versus‑lease decision support.
• Manage sales and use tax processes; administer employee T&E reporting and related credit cards; track and monitor corporate outreach initiatives.

• Proven ability to understand manufacturing processes and cover financial needs.
• 3‑5 years of experience providing key financial and business support for accounting management, including month‑end close, reporting, internal controls, and forecasting/budgeting.
• Career‑focused individual willing to take on new challenges and grow skill sets for future advancement.
• Team player with excellent communication skills, ready to work hard for the success of the Palermo’s team.
