Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in tax preparation or accounting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in tax software are required.

• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize their tax liabilities
• Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the tax preparation process
• Maintain and organize client records and tax documentation
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings for clients, including quarterly and annual filings
• Assist with the preparation of estimated tax payments for clients

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in tax preparation or a related field
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including the IRS code and regulations
• Proficiency in tax preparation software, such as Turbo Tax, H&R Block, or Quick Books
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
