Esthetician / Aesthetician – Elements Massage, West Allis
We are excited to add therapeutic skin‑care services to our studio and are currently seeking licensed estheticians/aestheticians to join our team. The goal is to create a welcoming work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
Responsibilities- Provide facial and skincare services to clients.
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment area.
- Communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers.
- Participate in ongoing intensive facial & skincare training.
- Completed (or in process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program.
- Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality.
- Client service‑oriented with strong communication skills.
- Thrives in a fun, team‑oriented environment.
- Experience at a beauty industry, resort spa, medical spa, or related setting – students also encouraged to apply.
- $30–$40+ per hour with tips and commissions.
