If so, The Pfister is looking for a Cosmetologist to be a part of our Well Spa + Salon team and continue its iconic legacy.

As a Well Spa Cosmetologist at The Pfister Hotel, you will be responsible for providing professional hair, nail, and beauty services to guests, ensuring a high level of personalized care and attention.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for 46 consecutive years. The hotel is one of only 11 properties throughout North America to maintain the AAA Four Diamond designation since the inception of the Diamond Rating program in 1976.

• Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Provide manicures, pedicures, and other nail services as requested.
• Consult with guests to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Promote spa and salon retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of salon tools, stations, and equipment.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services in accordance with spa standards.
• Stay current with trends, techniques, and state licensing requirements.

• Current state license as a Cosmetologist required.
• Previous experience in a spa or salon environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with diverse hair and skin types.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Hourly + Commission

Pay Rate:
Commission based, plus $15/hour training pay
