Overview
Activity Director role at Crossroads Care Centers. We are currently looking for energetic, reliable, fun individuals to assist our residents with activities of daily living. Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, creative and have strong management skills. Must display leadership skills, creativity and have lots of patience.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, develop and direct quality activities for residents ensuring that the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual and social needs are met.
- Communicate professionally with residents, family members, health care workers and coworkers.
- Prepare and post monthly activity calendars.
- Accept and perform responsibilities as outlined above with a positive attitude.
- Ensure residents are enjoying themselves and having fun.
