The Clinical Resource Unit (CRU) is our internal float team. Acute Care CRU nurses float to all of our acute care units to support unit staffing needs. This is a PRN position that has flexible scheduling but no benefits. PRN positions have weekend and holiday requirements.
Seeking candidates with at least 1 year of Acute hospital RN experience- pediatric experience preferred. Full time orientation could be up to 6 months depending on experience.
Responsibilities include being a partner in the care management team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care and delegating patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment. Requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience) and a license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin.
