- Base Salary: $78,000–$95,000/year (based on experience and market factors).
- Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.

- Reimbursement for professional dues and license renewals.

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
- Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).
