CT Technologist – Froedtert Health

Wauwatosa, West Bend, and Menomonee Falls Hospitals (Froedtert Health). This job is ON-SITE.

Join our elite CT technology team at Froedtert Health, a premier academic health system in southeastern Wisconsin.

At the direction of a radiologist, operates computed tomography (CT) and related equipment. Performs CT studies according to specific guidelines, prescribed protocols, and appropriate radiation protection measures. Reviews images and archives with associated patient data. Interacts with imaging personnel, nursing and medical staff, patients, and visitors. Performs other duties as assigned.

A minimum of 1 year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology is preferred. Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinical experience.

Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required. One to two years of college/university coursework or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field is preferred.

ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WI license as a Radiographer is required. Advanced certification in CT required within 18 months of hire/transfer. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
