$85.00/hr - $95.00/hr

• 8+years experience in Clinical Informatics management or leadership role managing teams and enterprise level initiatives.
• 5+ years hands on experience with Epic implementation or optimization
• Proven experience leading large-scale initiatives in clinical informatics or health IT (multi-hospital, multi-clinic environment).
• Epic background, understands implementation workflow of Epic (Clin Doc) strong understanding of Epic systems and clinical workflows—enough to provide guidance and validate recommendations. Hands-on experience earlier in career with Epic implementation or optimization that later evolved into oversight or strategic management of implementations.
• Comfortable executive presence – presentations in front of senior executives
• Building big programs must be strong at negotiation, influence and leading
• Experience managing informatics across multiple hospitals or large health systems.
• Prior leadership experience managing large teams (not just 1–2 people).
• Ability to think independently and strategically, assess organizational impacts, and communicate effectively with executives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to represent the team confidently without intimidation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Informatics, Healthcare, or related technology field (Master’s preferred).
