Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $2,000.

• Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions.

• Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• ASCP certification is preferred.

  SKILLS:
  
  Ability to read and write to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations for counting instruments and completing count sheets. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills.

Shift Details: , 5 shifts per week with every other weekend rotation; includes on call and holiday rotation.
