LOGISTICS

• On-site in Milwaukee, WI
• 6-month contract to hire

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Processing all claims and using Zendesk to assign claim files (could be up to 500 claims a day)

• Enter patient and claim information into TPA

• Working on adjustments/files and questions from TPAs

• Reporting for client engagement team

• Working closely with IT department

• Emailing internally or to providers and patients to request additional information, clarifying details, resolving discrepancies, and providing updates.

• Communicating with team members via Microsoft Teams

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years of claims experience

• Experience working in medical claims

• Experience with TPAs

• Know how to manually process a claim

• Detail oriented

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable multitasking, hitting deadlines, and working within time constraints

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Fresh Desk, Zoho Desk)

• Formally worked within healthcare or insurance industry

Compensation:

$15/hr to $17/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
