$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

This Part-Time Physical Therapist will join a skilled nursing facility community focused in caring for Jewish seniors in the Milwaukee and surrounding areas. This includes both outpatient and inpatient care. This PT will plan, organize, develop and implement a progressive therapy program to improve residents' physical functions and their psychological, social and economic well-being. The PT will be expected to follow facility guidelines, objectives, and policies to maintain standards of treatment consistent with legal and accrediting requirements.

The pay will be hourly and vary based upon individual's relevant experience across a range of $40.00-$50.00, and a $3,250 sign-on bonus.

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center or similar environment
• Entry-level or recent grad candidates can be considered as long as they've had some clinical experience while in school in this type of environment
• Strong documentation skills with any EMR software
• Must be available to work every other weekend either Saturday or Sunday
• Must be available for a daytime shift 9AM-2PM (flexible on exact times) for about 20-30 hours per week
