We’re hiring full-time Orthodontic Assistants for our fast-paced, patient-focused practice. No experience? No problem — we provide paid, on-the-job training to set you up for success. Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel to our Milwaukee, Franklin, Wauwatosa, and Muskego offices as needed.

- Prepare and sanitize treatment units before each patient
- Greet and seat patients promptly, ensuring they are never left unattended
- Anticipate and assist the orthodontist during procedures
- Accurately chart patient procedures, including charges, codes, and scheduling for follow-up visits
- Dismiss patients while explaining procedures and progress to parents
- Maintain strict confidentiality according to HIPAA and other relevant guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the operations of the clinic
- Master and perform all tasks outlined in the training checklist
- Use downtime effectively and proactively
- Provide support to clinic operations and assist the clinical team during unexpected appointment delays
- Support Treatment Coordinator (TC) as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Familiarity with medical or dental terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and writing
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Consistently showcases versatility in thriving independently and contributing constructively to team dynamic
- Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the clinic
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and patient needs
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Full range of motion
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
