Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part‑time, 0.7 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI. Sign‑On Bonus available ($2,450).

Community Care is hiring Part‑Time Certified Nursing Assistants for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. We are committed to teamwork and providing great care, and we welcome you to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team.

• Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs.
• Support the health of Community Care program members.
• Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing on registry.
• Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long‑term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.

• Monday – Sunday, Day Shift 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. (28 hours per week).
• Every other weekend.
• Every other holiday.
