Position: R&D Sr Specialist (Regulatory Affairs Specialist)

🌟 We're Hiring: R&D Sr Specialist (Regulatory Affairs Specialist)! 🌟

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable R&D Sr Specialist to join our Regulatory Affairs team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and processes, ensuring compliance while supporting the development of innovative products.

Position: R&D Sr Specialist (Regulatory Affairs Specialist)

Location: Valhalla, NY

Work Mode: Onsite

Pay rate: $35/hr

What You'll Do
  • Support US Beverages Regulatory Affairs projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Leads to complete assigned regulatory tasks.
  • Develop and update nutrition and ingredient label declarations compliant with US FDA regulations.
  • Support graphic refreshes of beverage product labels and artwork.
  • Update and maintain legacy label information documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy of regulatory data in internal databases and final packaging artwork.
  • Provide regulatory support related to nutrition, labeling, allergen statements, and claims.
  • Review ingredient statements, Nutrition Facts panels, and allergen declarations for compliance.
  • Monitor, interpret, and apply current and emerging US FDA labeling regulations.
  • Support regulatory questions for the US market and potentially international markets.
What We're Looking For
  • BS Degree in Food Science, Regulatory, Nutrition, or equivalent as minimum.
  • 1-2 years regulatory affairs experience in food CPG industry.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented; adaptable; ability to work independently desired.
  • Excellent computer skills – must be quick to learn new systems;
    Product Vision, Imageworx, Microsoft Office experience preferred.
