Job Overview

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support US Beverages Regulatory Affairs initiatives
. This contract role focuses on ensuring FDA‑compliant labeling and nutrition accuracy for beverage products, including graphic refreshes, ingredient declarations, and legacy label documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in food CPG regulatory affairs
, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support graphic refreshes of beverage packaging and ensure accurate nutrition and ingredient label declarations
  • Assist in updating legacy label information for regulatory compliance
  • Work on multiple regulatory initiatives, including nutrition, labeling, claims, and regulatory inquiries for the US market and potentially international markets
  • Apply knowledge of US FDA food labeling regulations to ensure accuracy of ingredient statements, nutrition facts, allergen declarations, and claims
  • Monitor, interpret, and implement updates to FDA regulations as required
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Leads and cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems and databases
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, Nutrition, or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of regulatory affairs experience in the food or beverage CPG industry
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    ; experience with Product Vision or Imageworx preferred
  • Basic understanding of US FDA labeling regulations and ability to apply them in daily tasks
