Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Greenfield | Milwaukee, WI $43–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join Autumn Lake 'll help residents work toward moving more comfortably and safely, with treatment plans built around what they want to accomplish.
What You'll Do- Evaluate mobility, strength, and balance to identify each resident's needs
- Develop and provide individualized physical therapy treatment
- Measure progress and revise plans as residents' goals or abilities change
- Communicate with families, nursing, and fellow therapists to coordinate care
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Salary: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour
