, and we need a visionary leader to take it to the next level.
This isn't a "maintain the status quo" role. It's a build, shape, and lead role.
- Lead the heart of our hospice. Guide a passionate interdisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and physicians.
- Set the standard for excellence. Drive quality improvement, survey readiness, and full compliance with federal and state regulations and CoPs.
- Own the vision and the numbers. Develop budgets, manage financial performance, and make strategic decisions that strengthen the program for years to come.
- Be the face of our mission. Build meaningful relationships with referral sources, providers, and community partners across the Milwaukee area.
- Grow a culture people want to join. Foster compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement at every level.

- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- A current Wisconsin RN license
- 5+ years of hospice or home health experience with strong regulatory knowledge
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice or a related healthcare setting
- Deep expertise in CoPs, accreditation standards, surveys, and audits
- Leading clinical operations, quality initiatives, documentation, and IDT performance
- Managing budgets and driving strong operational and financial results
- Building trusted relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Communicating clearly, solving problems calmly, and leading with integrity
- Believing that compassion and accountability belong together
