Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license with active status
- Experience providing patient care in correctional or secure settings
- Ability to monitor vital signs and document changes accurately
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality in restricted environments
- Competence in daily living activities and mobility assistance
- Proficiency in recordkeeping, care plans, and progress notes
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and elevate concerns promptly
- Disposition to adhere to correctional facility policies and safety protocols
- Discharge planning support and family/guardian coordination experience
- Reliability with shift commitments and personal performance targets
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Wisconsin or eligibility for reciprocity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- AM/PM rotation
