The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supporting staff.
  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and brand protocols.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services.
  • Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, and modeling hospitality excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, custodial services, or a related leadership role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and housekeeping best practices.
  • Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as business needs require.
