White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award‑winning premium‑brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility.

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supporting staff.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and brand protocols.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services.
• Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, and modeling hospitality excellence.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management, custodial services, or a related leadership role.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and housekeeping best practices.
• Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high‑quality results.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as business needs require.
