The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is searching for an Assistant Concessions Manager to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As an Assistant Concessions Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Concessions Manager to lead and develop the team while ensuring smooth and successful operations. PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 – $54,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

- Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations, under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
- Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
- Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
- Address customer concerns and resolve promptly and professionally
Assist in inventory
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures with the ability to obtain Serv Safe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
