Job Description- Greet and register guests upon arrival.
- Provide outstanding guest service throughout the stay.
- Settle guest accounts upon completion of stay.
- Register guests, make and modify reservations, operate hotel systems.
- Provide concierge duties.
- Provide courteous and efficient service prior to arrival and throughout the stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
