• Check guests into and out of their rooms, ensuring a welcoming experience to The Pfister.

• Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system to communicate guest requests. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guests' needs.

• Effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to ensure guest resolution.

• Respond to guest requests and questions regarding area or hotel, outlet information and services as well as handle guest issues and report complaints to management.

• Promptly answer the phone in a professional and clear manner.

• Excellent customer service skills and communication are required.

• Previous hotel, receptionist, customer service, front desk or administrative experience preferred.

• Ability to stand and move throughout the front office and continuously perform essential job functions.

• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
