We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Aloft by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown
. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while providing excellent customer service and upholding Marriott’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces throughout guest rooms and designated areas.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found property promptly.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hotel policies.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests.
• Work efficiently and cooperatively with other housekeeping team members.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout a shift.
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
