Director, Global Compensation Lead – KPMG US
Lead global compensation for over two thousand secondees, aligning programs with KPMG International and member‑firm principles.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs in line with KPMGI’s business objectives.
- Adapt compensation frameworks to align with global objectives, member‑firm guidelines, local laws, industry standards, and market trends.
- Work closely with local HR and compensation teams to ensure consistent application of policies across locations.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Planning to forecast and manage the compensation budget.
- Employ advanced analytics to evaluate trends and provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG’s respectful work environment.
- Minimum twelve years of recent experience in global compensation management, focusing on strategic planning, modeling, implementation, and transformation across multiple international markets.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university or certified as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor’s in business, human resources, or a related field required.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., Success Factors), proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI.
- Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices in global professional‑services or similar complex organizations.
- Exceptional communication, change management, and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
- Superior consultative, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to think strategically and link action plans to business priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future visa sponsorship. KPMG LLP does not sponsor U.S. work visas for this role.
KPMG compiles salary ranges in compliance with local regulations. Salary is competitive and tied to location and experience.
