We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our client, a leader in industrial transportation and logistics specializing in large-scale freight movement across North America. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from talent identification and attraction through offer and onboarding—while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring stakeholders. This individual will play a key role in connecting in‑demand technical skills with critical business needs and driving high‑quality hiring outcomes.

This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent, including Data Scientists, Engineers, and other highly specialized technical professionals
.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 3‑5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on core engineering roles (Front End, Back End, Full Stack, Data, and related technical positions)
  • Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing and utilizing advanced technical sourcing tools, job boards, social platforms, and networking techniques to attract top technical talent
  • Ability to clearly explain and articulate technical sourcing strategies, methodologies, and hiring approaches to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to partner closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional team members to understand role requirements, align on talent strategy, and provide consultative market insights
  • Solid understanding of technical skill sets, job functions, and industry trends, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
