Benefits Administration Responsibilities- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other company-sponsored benefits. Assisting with benefits enrollment, eligibility, and coverage questions.
- Coordinate the enrollment, administration and tracking of FMLA, COBRA, Health & Dental Insurance, 403(b) Retirement Savings, Flexible Spending, etc. Ensure compliance with up-to-date Federal & State regulations.
- Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires and provide ongoing education about benefits options.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and legislative changes affecting employee benefits.
- Maintain HR Information Systems. Generate reports, track employee FTE statuses, and ensure accurate payroll deductions for benefit participation.
- Facilitate Agency Wellness program
- Plan annual holiday party and other employee events.
- Employee Advocacy & Communication:
Gather feedback and suggest initiatives to improve employee satisfaction. - Culture & Engagement:
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. - Onboarding & Retention:
Help integrate new employees into the company culture. Identify and address areas affecting employee retention and morale.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 3 years of Benefits Administration experience. SHRM‑CP preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required, especially strong knowledge of Excel.
- ADP experience a plus.
- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Must have impeccable communication and organization skills.
- Current/Valid WI Driver’s License; reliable/insured vehicle.
Full‑time, 40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4:30 pm.
