OB––you’ll leading at every level and contributing to a culture of engagement and high performance.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Assist leadership in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment and partner with leaders to attract کرنے talent.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Act as searches best resource for employees and leadership regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Facilitate performance review processes and assist leaders with coaching and development plans.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit‑related questions.
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to resolve benefit inquiries and ensure accurate administration.
- Communicate benefit updates and assist employees in navigating available resources.
- Marketplace-style benefits and medical plans.
- flexible hybrid schedule (3 days in Milwaukee office, remainder remote).
- Opportunity for up to 15% travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- Proficiency in MPower and Microsoft Office.
