HR Generalist – Marmon Holdings, Inc. (Milwaukee, WI)

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Assist leadership in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment and partner with leaders to attract کرنے talent.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Act as searches best resource for employees and leadership regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports for leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Facilitate performance review processes and assist leaders with coaching and development plans.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit‑related questions.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR team to resolve benefit inquiries and ensure accurate administration.
  • Communicate benefit updates and assist employees in navigating available resources.

Required Qualifications , Skills & Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership.
  • Proficiency in MPower and Microsoft Office.
