zTrip is looking for an energetic and people-focused Recruiter to help grow our team of professional drivers. In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting driver candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Recruit driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews.
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Assist with background checks, licensing verification, and required paperwork.
- Coordinate orientation and training schedules.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
- Follow up with new hires to support a successful onboarding experience.
- Partner with operations teams to meet hiring goals.
- Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring records.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
