** Regional Talent Acquisition Parter
** to support hiring efforts across multiple locations throughout Wisconsin, with a focus on Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living communities.  This hybrid role can be based in
** Madison, Milwaukee, or Green Bay
** and will serve as a key partner in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruiting experience, outstanding candidate relationship and management skills, and the flexibility to support a variety of recruiting initiatives across multiple business lines.

** What You'll Do
*** Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, community partnerships, and industry events.
* Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
* Create recruitment marketing and advertising campaigns to increase candidate engagement and brand awareness.
* Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and organizational fit.
* Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
** Qualifications
* ** 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* Experience recruiting within
** healthcare, assisted living, memory care, and/or independent living
*** Strong candidate sourcing and relationship management skills
* Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities
* Experience with Workday ATS
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Multi-site healthcare recruiting experience
* Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives
* Knowledge of Wisconsin healthcare labor markets
