This is a contract opportunity with a Fortune 100 company. The role is based in Milwaukee, WI, and will be a hybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite per week.
Job DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Junior Data Entry/Analyst to support data management and vendor coordination. The role involves documenting data flow, ensuring data health, and maintaining relationships with business partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate information gathering and facilitate data classification questionnaires.
- Document responses accurately and store them appropriately.
- Enter data into the Enterprise Data Catalog, integrating data from SharePoint.
- Coordinate data lineage discussions to trace data origins.
- Enter findings into the Enterprise Data Catalog for comprehensive documentation.
- Document the purpose and frequency of data shared with vendors.
- Verify each data element has a valid business purpose.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy compliance.
- Enhance data accuracy and detail in Service Now.
- Support decision-making through precise data documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong, accurate data entry skills.
- 6 months to 1+ year of data analyst and data entry experience in a professional or internship setting.
- Attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- High school diploma required; relevant work experience can substitute.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of delivery methods (agile, waterfall) is a plus.
