This role ensures that all documentation is clear, accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with both technical and business requirements.

The specialist collaborates closely with product management, software quality assurance, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality documentation for external audiences.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API references, system architecture descriptions
* Work with product and marketing teams to ensure documentation aligns with branding and messaging standards as well as streamlining localization resources.
* Collaborate with software development teams to gather technical details and ensure documentation accuracy.
* Standardize and enforce documentation styles, templates, and version control practices.
* Manage document repositories and ensure content is properly organized and up to date.
* Review and edit documentation created by other contributors for consistency and clarity.
* Assist in the creation of online help systems, knowledge bases, and internal wikis and training material.
* Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation workflows or tools.###
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Exceptional experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
* 3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation for software products.
* Strong understanding of software development concept and tools, such as Agile development process
* Proficiency with documentation tools such as Word Press, Confluence, Adobe, or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.###
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Knowledge of UX principles and content design for digital interfaces.
* Strong understanding of software development concept and tools, such as Agile development process preferred###
