We are seeking a Senior Mendix Developer/Architect to play a pivotal role in a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing legacy manufacturing applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Mendix with architectural leadership and the ability to guide partner teams. This role requires a balance of hands‑on development, solution architecture, and cross‑team collaboration to deliver impactful low‑code solutions that support global operations.

• Lead the technical design and end‑to‑end development of Mendix‑based applications supporting manufacturing and business operations.
• Provide architectural oversight, governance, and quality assurance across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to ensure alignment with enterprise digital transformation goals

• Mentor and coach external and partner development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalable design principles.

• 5+ years of experience in Mendix development with a strong portfolio of production‑grade applications.
• Proven experience in solution and application architecture within low‑code platforms.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
