Software Engineering Manager

Genesis
10 is seeking a Software Engineering Manager role. This is a direct hire role, with a eCommerce company, hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office) in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Internal customer applications; product-focused, solving business problems and driving efficiency through AI.
• Build, grow, and lead a team of technology and engineering professionals.
• Deliver software programs on-tine and on-budget with high quality.
• Understand the business environment and align project goals and team to deliver on business outcomes.
• Prioritize efforts to reduce operational load, merge, and eliminate projects that do not align with business goals, and align team around skill/focus areas for productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• 10+ years of IT and Software Engineering work experience including software design and development
• 5+ years of experience leading technical professionals and software development teams
• Experience leading in a large technology platform and/or large organization
• Experience with software and database concepts
• Strong technical experience in .NET, Web, and Mobile development as well as object-oriented design and coding skills (C++ and /or Java)
• Candidate must have some AI experience—ideally in using AI to improve internal apps and decision-making.
• AWS, Postgre
  
  SQL, C#, VB6, React
