We’re seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to shape and modernize our digital workplace strategy across collaboration, security, and cloud productivity. This role blends technical depth with strategic influence, helping drive our enterprise-wide M365 roadmap.
What You’ll Do- Design and govern Microsoft 365 architecture across Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra , Power Platform, and security/compliance.
- Lead M365 modernization, migrations, and large-scale implementations.
- Strengthen M365 security posture, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align solutions with strategy.
- Mentor engineering teams and support delivery of major cloud initiatives.
- 10+ years in enterprise IT; deep experience across M365 workloads.
- Strong expertise in modern workplace, identity, security, and collaboration.
- Proven ability to architect large, complex Microsoft 365 environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Flexible hybrid work across Milwaukee, Minneapolis, or Green Bay
