Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst

Global Source IT is looking for an Application Specialist to work out of their Milwaukee office.

The Enterprise Applications Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) applications and related subsystems to support key business processes across the organization. This position focuses on bridging technology and operational needs, ensuring seamless alignment of applications with business goals, and providing effective tools and resources to all business units and corporate departments.

• Minimum 5 years of systems/software experience; ATS experience is a plus.
• Oversee implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of the ATS and all integrated subsystems, ensuring correct configuration and optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to end-users, address application functionality issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
• Design and manage integration of various software applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability within the enterprise IT ecosystem.
• Collaborate with application and service vendors for troubleshooting, obtaining updates, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the ATS and subsystem data; ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Continuously monitor application performance, identify potential issues before they impact business operations, and optimize performance as needed.
• Lead or contribute to projects related to the implementation or enhancement of the ATS and its subsystems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, integrations, and user guides; generate performance reports and provide insights to inform decision‑making.
• Travel to business offices and vendor training sessions is required.

• Expertise in configuring and managing an Application Tracking System and integrated subsystems; understanding of databases, networking, and software integration.
• Experience with core business processes tools such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
• Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server for database querying.
• Experience with middleware and API management platforms such as Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, or Zapier.
