Partners with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and promote best practices in visualization and self-service analytics.

Supports ERP implementation by ensuring data integrity, enabling master data migration, and designing the post-ERP reporting layer.

* Job Duties:

*** Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable BI solutions to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights through data visualization and reporting.
* Define and promote best practices for dashboard development, data storytelling, and self-service analytics.
* Establish and maintain data governance protocols and documentation standards.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
* Serve as a key member of the core team for a multi-year ERP replacement initiative.
* Leverage BI tools to support master data cleanup, validation, and migration efforts.
* Ensure data integrity and consistency across all phases of the ERP implementation.
* Design and build the semantic layer for post-ERP BI reporting and analytics.

* Education and Experience:

*** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field is required
* 5+ years of experience in BI Development, Data Architecture and/or Database administration is strongly desired
*
* Qualifications:

*** Proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Micro Strategy, of Qlik and strong SQL skills.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data migration projects.
* Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
* Expertise in modern data warehousing and semantic layer architecture.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its integration with Power BI and other data services.
* Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
* Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Power Shell)
* Working knowledge of Salesforce SOQL
