Location: Partial On-Site Morrisville, North Carolina

Duration: 12+ month renewable contract

Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.

Pay Rate: W2 $ 30-37/hr

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help the organization make informed business decisions.

• Data Collection & Management:
  Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Business Support:
  Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify data-related process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Governance:
  Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
