• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 years of experience in progressive roles focused on managing information technology applications and its overall impact on business strategies and productivity
• In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Programming preferred
• Demonstrating skills in enhancing project outcomes
• Utilizing knowledge to identify and address client needs
• Fostering meaningful client interactions
• Guiding teams through complex challenges
• Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features
• Staying current with advancements in generative AI technologies
• Understanding cloud platforms and services
• Working knowledge of database technologies

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
